Fine Edge Professional Knife Sharpening serves residential and commercial customers. We sharpen knives, scissors, garden tools and more with a multi-step process that provides you with a perfect edge, while prolonging the life of your knives. In addition, sharp knives enhance the cooking experience, make meal preparation more efficient and elevates kitchen safety.
All sharpening completed at our location in Oyster Bay, New York, with drop off service available by appointment only.
Pickup and return service is an option that includes a five item minimum, and an additional fee.
